Fits a standard basin. No boiler involved.
Hot water at the tap in seconds — not after two minutes of running it cold
The ThermoFlex heats the water as it passes through the spout. Open the tap, watch the LED climb to the temperature you want, and use it. Nothing is stored, nothing is kept warm overnight, and there is no pipe run to wait out.

Cold to hot in seconds, straight from the spout.
Sound familiar?
The boiler is doing its job. The tap still runs cold for the first minute.
Hot water has to travel from the cylinder to the basin, and everything sitting in that pipe comes out cold first. In a cloakroom, a utility room or a downstairs loo — the taps furthest from the boiler — you often give up and wash in cold.
- Washing your hands in cold water because the hot never arrives in time
- Litres down the drain every day, waiting for the temperature to turn
- A whole cylinder heated for one basin's worth of water
- Guesswork on temperature — scalding one second, cold the next
- A cloakroom or utility sink with no hot feed at all
How it works
The heating element sits inside the tap, not across the house
Water is heated at the point of use, on its way out. That is the whole difference: there is no distance for the heat to travel and no reservoir to warm up first.
Instant electric heating Only the water you actually use is heated. Close the tap and the heating stops.
Touch LED display The real-time temperature is on the tap itself, so you set it by reading it — not by feel.
Three pressure modes A soft flow for hands and face, a stronger one for rinsing and cleaning.

Installation, honestly
- Shut off the supply and remove your existing tap.
- Fit the ThermoFlex to the standard deck-mounted hole using the included mounting kit, and connect the cold feed.
- Connect the power cable to a suitable earthed supply, restore the water, and set your temperature.
Please read before ordering. This is a mains-powered appliance carrying water. It must be connected to an earthed, RCD-protected supply. UK regulations restrict where electrical connections may be placed in a bathroom, so if you're in any doubt about the connection point, have a qualified electrician fit it. The tap ships with an EU plug and a UK adapter.

Questions people ask first
Do I need a boiler or a hot water feed?
No. The tap connects to your cold supply and heats the water itself, which is why it works in cloakrooms and utility rooms that were only ever plumbed for cold.
How long until the water is hot?
Seconds. The element heats the water as it flows past, so you can watch the temperature climb on the display as you use it.
Is it expensive to run?
It draws power only while it is heating. Nothing is spent keeping a tank warm between uses, and it stops the moment you close the tap.
Will it fit my basin?
It is deck mounted and fits a standard single-hole basin. Check the dimensions above against your basin before ordering.
Can I fit it myself?
The plumbing side is a straightforward tap swap. The electrical connection is the part to take seriously — see the note above, and use an electrician if the connection point isn't obvious.
What if it isn't right for me?
Return it. Free returns, and our team is on email Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 UK time.
One tap, and the cold-water wait is over
Stainless steel, a live temperature readout and three flow settings — fitted to the basin you already have.
